                      Pharmacy Council of India has been established by the Government in the year 1948 to control and maintain uniform standard of pharmaceutical education in the country and promote ethical standards in pharma business. As per list available on its website. There are more than 1200 institutes authorized to conduct courses in pharmacy. Some of the well known institutes from this list are mentioned below
